Customer relationship management focuses on the dynamic management of the valued customer recognizing, keeping and developing. If the different valued customers chosen properly, the company can allocate resource effectively. The thesis firstly study the customer value, considering the enterprise cannot research the customer value deeply, on the basis of that, the paper puts forward evaluating system of the customer value, applying AHP to analyze weight of the indexes to evaluate customer integrated. In addition, with the research of marketing resource and distribution, puts forward the model of optimum distributing resource and utilizes the basis on allocating. It is researched from three sides. Finally, by the practice researching in a company and the full use of theories and method mentioned in the paper, which give responding answers and offers a guide method in the evaluation and distribution.
