Employee loyalty is one of the most important problems that employers are concerning about. The loyal employees will bring to employers loyal customers, loyal shareholders and enormous profits. They can also improve the competence of the enterprises. While, the fact is that employees' loyalty nowadays is in a crisis. The decline of the economy brings the managerial changes, including merger, globalization, downsizing and outsourcing. All these changes have influenced employees' attitude to job. In this context, how to improve and maintain employee loyalty becomes the focus of the employers and the researchers.However, there is no an identical conclusion yet. Most of the employers improved the employees' loyalty only by rewards. They didn't understand what the main factors influencing employee loyalty were. Thus, based on the organizational support theory, this paper focused on discussing the dynamic relationships between antecedents of POS, POS and employee loyalty. This paper also makes use of quantitative and qualitative methods.Firstly this paper compares different POS and employee loyalty theories and methods so as to make preparation for future researches.Then this paper establishes the research frame and seven hypotheses basing on the results got in the former chapters. The questionnaire is designed to take survey among employees. 119 questionnaires are received efficiently. The total reliable coefficient a is 0.9287.By use of cluster analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper proves or partly proves the hypotheses established before. It approves that POS has a moderating effect to procedural justice, PSS and the employee loyalty, but not to organizational rewards and job conditions and the employee loyalty.In the end the paper summarizes the analyzing conclusions and discusses the reasons. It concludes that POS and organizational rewards and job conditions are directly contributed to the employee loyalty. Meanwhile, only when employeeperceived good organizational support, could we improve the employee loyalty by improving the perceived procedural justice and PSS.
