With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of global economic integration,Chinese enterprises are facing a severe test of further deepening reform and industrial restructuring and upgrading.Under the background of Internet and high-tech,the role of human resources in enterprise competition is more and more important.Therefore,as the core of the organization's resources,paying attention to the work values of employees and enhancing employees well-being has become an important issue for the sustainable development of the organization.However,the multiplicity of the scarcity of resources and the interests of the organization political behavior exists,and the influence of Chinese unique traditional bureaucratic culture,the Chinese formed a unique social environment,so as to deepen the political behavior in organizations.Perceptions of organizational politics have a serious impact on employees' positive perception of the whole organization,lead to a negative attitude and reduce employee well-being.In the practice of human resource management in the process of organization,through a variety of comprehensive management measures,to provide various forms of organizational support resources,stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,promote the growth and development of the staff,so as to enhance employee well-being,to achieve a win-win situation.However,there is a lack of research on the effect of perceived organizational support on perceived organizational politics to employees well-being.Therefore,this study will empirically analyze the impact of perceived organizational politics on the employees well-being in the context of China,and further explore the mediating role of organizational support.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the research in this field,and puts forward some suggestions for enterprise management practice.on the basis of related research from scholars at home and abroad about of perceived organizational politics,employee well-being and perceived organizational support,according to the conservation of resources theory and social exchange theory to construct the research model between the perceived organizational politics,perceived organizational support,and the employee well-being.SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to test and validate the scale and model by means of reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis.The results show that the general sense of political behavior has a significant negative impact on employee happiness,silent waiting for benefit has a significant positive effect on employee well-being,the political sense of pay and promotion policies have significant negative effect on employee well-being.Perceived organizational support can reduce the negative impact of perceived organizational politics on employee well-being.According to the above research results,this study puts forward some suggestions for Chinese enterprises to improve well-being.
