As the service economy times coming,enterprises through the provision of quality services to maintain and attract more customers.As a typical service industry,if city commercial banks can provide the high quality service to the enterprise is crucial for the development of enterprises.Then the main part of the service providing is the staff from bank,it's visible that the human resource is the inner motive power of bank and the source of core competitiveness,even the decisive factor about the bank's survival.Obviously,if an employee of the organization has high loyalty,he could work harder,to create more value for the enterprise.Staff loyalty gradually because the attention of scholars,has gradually become the hotspot of management research.Based on previous literature,this study found that most of the scholars both at home and abroad through the employee's organizational commitment and turnover intention to make the study of if employees loyal to the organization,the study of employee loyalty is not yet a statistical conclusion.On the basis of existing study,in this study let the city commercial bank employees as the research object,explore the relationship between the organizational support and employee loyalty,and further enrich the study on the relationship between the staff and the organization of organization commitment to employees.This article will also regard organizational identification as the intermediary effect and the working pressure as the regulating effect were tested,seek more empirical basis of relationship between perceived organizational support and employee loyalty research.This study adopts the method of empirical study,through the questionnaire data to carries on the analysis,the main draw the following conclusion:One is the perceived organizational support for the city commercial bank employee loyalty and organizational identification has significant positive influence;Second,there is significant positive influence on organizational identification on employee loyalty;Three is the organizational identification have the effect of partial mediation between perceived organizational support and employee loyalty;Four is working pressure have the effect of negative regulation between perceived organizational support and employee loyalty;Fifth,demographic variables exist different effect on all research variables.Finally,according to the analysis results of this study puts forward several management suggest,and points out some deficiencies of this research objective and outlook for future research.
