In recent years, logistics enterprises in China start playing a greater role innational economy, and are becoming the main forces for economic development andcan't be ignored. But the interior management, especially human resourcesmanagement in those enterprises are fail to keep up with the paces of enterprise'sdevelopment, further more, the comprehensive logistics talents are quite short. It is thedesiderated issues that how to improve the human resources management, and how toattract and train the logistic talents who will meet the needs of the development oflogistics enterprises.By analyzing the strategy of a BY private-owned logistics enterprise, the thesismade the human resources strategy which matches its company strategy. But now, thehuman resources management in BY Company does not match the human resourcesstrategy . The human resources management has become the bottleneck that hampersthe development of the whole business strategy. Therefore, it is urgent to diagnose theproblem existed in the BY human resources management, analyze the reason, andoptimize the human resources management become essential. Based on the deepsurvey, by combining the human resources management theory of private-ownedlogistics enterprises, the thesis carefully diagnosis and analyzes the status of humanresources management in BY Company. Then, combining the characteristics oflogistics enterprises in nowadays, the thesis anatomizes the different aspects of thehuman resources management in BY Company, such as the recruiting and selectingsystem, the training and developing system, the compensation system, theperformance assessing system, and the company culture. Finally, combining thedevelop trend of the human resources management in BY Company, the thesisestablishes a optimized scheme of human resources management which is based onthe situation of BY Company.As the main part of enterprises strategy, a well effective tactic of humanresources management will play a key role on stabilizing the outstanding staff,absorbing the social resources, realizing the goal of business strategy, and increase thecore competitive forces. The aim of this thesis is to improve the level of humanresources management by studying the BY human resources management. Also hopethe idea of this thesis will be helpful to the other private-owned enterprises.
