Facing the increasingly fierce market competition pressure and the logistics market gap, the majority of enterprises in Beibu Gulf logistics enterprises in the logistics distribution is simple to understand and apply for a simple transportation and delivery, the attendant on the training needs and post competency lack of attention. Training is one of important means to improve employee performance can be obtained, distribution in no respect and satisfy the conditions, is prone to damage the customer or the interests of the company, thus easily lead to corporate profits and reputation damaged. Therefore, in order to realize the Beibu Gulf logistics and distribution member win-win development, improve the delivery member of logistics enterprise training importance and performance level is imminent.In this paper, using behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey method, literature method, comprehensive summary of research results to collect the required data, preliminary analysis of the Beibu Gulf logistics distribution training status and needs. This study uses the SPSS16.0software to analysis the descriptive analysis and factor analysis method to collect data, then by constructing distribution member of Beibu Gulf logistics enterprise competency model, design competency distribution member of Beibu Gulf logistics enterprise training system based on training, and perfect management measures, and provide theory and practice reference for constructing the northern distribution.
