Application Of System Analysis Theory In The Enterprise Diagnosis And Decision-making

As the world economics globalizing, the enterprise (especially SME) in Chinaface the increasingly severe competition, which threaten their survivorship anddevelopment. The enterprise diagnosis is an important practical subject. It can helpthe enterprise to find out the management defect during its operation and developmentwith advancing the management plan of high level;can help to discuss thedevelopment strategy in a long run with operating strategy, improving its strategicmanagement level. Besides, the enterprise diagnosis can also improve the quality andtechnology of the enterprise manager.The paper consists of five chapters, which focuses on studying the logic links andthe logic relations of the generation process of the enterprise diagnosis project. For thepurpose the enterprise diagnosis process is clearer and the project is more practical.Firstly, the paper introduces the conception and the development of enterprisediagnosis, pointing out that the problem lies in the weakness of the theory basis andthe confused logic process. Secondly, the systems analysis method is suggested andapplied in enterprise diagnosis. A three-dimensional structure model is constructed.The scenario method is introduced to analyze various feasible and substitute projectswhen studying the enterprise development environment. The combination method ofqualitative and quantitative analysis is used to evaluate the problem, which canimprove the perspicuity level of the problem and help the decision-maker'sdetermination.Finally, the rationality and the practicability of theory and methodology proposedare attested through a real case and further improvement is still needed. It is expectedthat the enterprise diagnosis system analysis theory and strategy proposed in thispaper can be the link between the development of the theory and the diagnosisconsultation;also can be the efficient tool supporting the enterprise diagnosis.
