Research On The Decision-Making Methods And Application Of Project

This thesis focuses on studying the investment decision-making problem of construction project. Models are set up to building the decision-making index system, ascertaining the index weights, researching the application of decision-making methods, and so on. Some important results are got. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Investment decision-making problems of construction projects have been analyzed and summarized, the importance of investment decision-making to the construction projects is emphasized, and the key role of scientific decision-making methods to ensuring the smooth implementation of the project, savings of resources and achieving of the maximum benefits are ascertained.(2)A Decision-making index system of construction project is builded though searching domestic and foreign literature, which plays a guide role in scientific decision-making.(3) A method combining subjective with objective weights is showed up, in which the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to reflect the subjective judgment, the objective weights are calculated by entropy method.(4)By calculating the index weights, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to make decision.(5) The method proposed in this paper is applied in the location decision-making of Qingdao Cross-Harbour Tunnel Project. It shows that decision-making method has good practical value. Some decision-makers can refer to this case.
