With the arrival of information age , under the leadership of the "Useinformationization to bring along industrialization" policy in the country, the pacesof enterprise's informationization are being accelerated constantly. But with theconstant increase of the quantity and scale of enterprise's information-basedproject ,have presented phenomena such as time delaying, budget overspended, poorsatisfaction. Where is the original reason of these phenomena ? How to solve it?This text has carried on analysis and discussion to this. Attempt in term ofcombining with information construction course in project management, find theway that enterprise's information-based project of a assurance succeeds.Chapter one of this text passes the reason for analysing some failedinformation-based projects of enterprise, propose enterprise's information-basedtechnical support model -" Pyramid " model. I think the management skillrepresented by the BPR ,management innovation and project management, willplay a decisive role to the success or failure of enterprise's information-based projectin the future. At the same time, Analyse and summarized the problem of projectmanagement existing in enterprise's information construction at present.Chapter two of this text has analysed the implementing stage of enterprise'sinformation-based project and implementation course. Analysed the content of theinformation-based project management at the same time .Propose the managementto this six major key elements of the goal , resource , plan , course , cost , quality,will influence the success or failure of the project directly. The control over these sixmajor key elements is with controlling carrying throughout project management.Chapter three of this text adopts the method of the combination of thoery andpractice, regard ZMDMIS as example, describe the implementation course andproject management theory of enterprise's information-based project. Hope such aseries of procedure and management method can offer useful reference toenterprise's information construction for the future.Chapter four of this text has summarized the management principle withsuccessful enterprise's information-based project of guaranteeing. At the same time,point out that The project management is not a master key .It only guarantees a kindof successful tools of enterprise's information-based project. The final result is theresult that many kinds of factors influence together. I hope we can pay closeattention to this.
