Research On Benchmarking Management Of CLP For Hebei Electric Power Company Limited

In recent years,our country electric power industry develops rapidly and has made remarkable achievements,beginning to turn to an important electric power in the world.With the rapid development of power industry,it is become the important task of the electric power enterprise to strengthen self-management,which have started to use some foreign advanced management methods.State Grid Corporation of China and five major power generation groups have already begun benchmarking management.Especially in recent years,China's transportation enterprises also raised a hot wave of implementation of benchmarking management,and achieved some achievements.In the management of the electric power industry,China power investment group co.,LTD.is one of the power generation enterprises which began to implement the benchmarking management in power system in the early.At the beginning China power investment group co.,LTD.built up the index system of production and operation,collected benchmarking data in the group and industry,respectively,formulated detailed implementation rules,and carried out the benchmarking management work,which obtained the good effect.In this paper,we studied the operation and management problems of CLP for Hebei Electric Power co.,LTD,using the relevant knowledge of benchmarking management.First of all,we introduce the research background,comb the related knowledge of benchmarking management;secondly,summarizes problems of benchmarking which are easy to ignore in practice on the basis of the existing research,build up the index system of the benchmarking management of CLP for Hebei Electric Power co.,LTD combining with own characteristics.Thirdly,we introduce present situation of CLP for Hebei Electric Power co.,LTD,evaluate the benchmarking management of CLP for Hebei Electric Power co.,LTD using the evaluation model built.Finally,put forward recommendations to ensure that the benchmarking management activities carry out smoothly.
