With the thirty years policy on reform and opening up, China’s economic structure has great changing, from planned economy to market economy, from the dominant state-owned assets to the diversification of economic structure, from the past resource-rely to present technical reform innovation. In the economic globalization, diversified and complicated environment, China’s economic scale in time increases, but profit margins have been reduced. How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, how to deal with the production technology to keep pace with the times and changing consumer preferences, is one of the most critical factors. It is required for the enterprise to exploit the human resources. Training, as one of the most basic form of the enterprise on the human resources development, is a core content of enterprise human resources development.Current research for training at home and abroad are starting from the organization of enterprise training demand. The main purpose is to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, while ignoring the employee’s own development, which leads to employee passively to participate in training. As a result, the training effect is not high, not conducive to long-term healthy development of the company.This paper, based on the humanistic management, human capital theory, analyses the existing problems in the training situation of the XX company, adopts MBA related training knowledge on management, puts forward relevant rectification, effectively improves the impression of the training staff, effectively enhances the company’s education and training level. As a result, staff training participation rate increased from 52% to 90% above, the overall satisfaction rate after staff training reached 85%, and eventually realize the well cycle of staff training, personal growth and the development of the company.
