With the process that China joins WTO, QFII entering domestic capital market,the dropping of the quotations of the stock, and downward modulation of the domesticsecurities trader's commission in the second half year of 2001 until now, the Chinesesecurities market competition is becoming fiercer day by day, bring the throughchange to management and income of the securities trader! The traditional agiotagemode faces the challenge, in the face of the deterioration of the peripheral marketenvironment, and foreign securities trader's overbearing situation after China's moneymarket is opened, how the securities trader strengthens one's own competitive abilityto deal with the predicament of the brokerage has been an important subject to thenational securities trader.Through the exploration and practising for many years to the security market,this artical regards the securities marketing as the research object, probe into the keycompetitiveness of the securities trader, and defined relevant concepts. On the basis ofanalyzing to the domestic securities trader's current financial situation and existingproblem, and brief reviewed the development of China's securities market during thelast ten years, to seek the feasible tactics of development of China's agiotagecompetition , seek a way which China's agiotage breaks through .
