The Study On Functioning And Running Mechanism Of The Science And Technology Incubators In Shantung Province

With the number of incubators in Shantung province increasing, a big problemthat another round of incubators' development in technology industry has confrontedis how to improve the quality of the incubators, make the quantity and quality developsimultaneously, and create a new situation in technological incubators producing.Basing on the above problem, the writer has done a research on improving the servingfunction of the incubators and activating the running mechanism.According to the complete and systematic analysis of current functioning andrunning situation of the science and technology incubators in Shantung province, thewriter suggests to set up five serving platforms and improve their functionalconnection and routes;After analyzing the characteristic of running and relatively itssurrounding factors of the incubators in the science and technology industries, and theformation and function of its running mechanism, the writer concludes andrecommend eight kinds of running modes, proposes the choice of the way ofmanagement mechanism;The writer also gives six suggestions on completing thebuilding of the function and mechanism of the subject, according to the recentproblems and from different aspects such as government management, incubatorsmanagement and the demands of service quality of incubators.
