I talked to the leaders, and they had the intentions to build their own archives. However, archiving work is relatively weak, and incubator development lags significantly compared to the scale and speed for science and technology incubator with a few years history. I tried to model existing archiving problem from the start, and centralized archiving mode is the best way for Huaiyuan County Technology Incubator archive work and a few improvement methods will be discussed. At the same time, the implementation of the centralized archive mode will also be discussed based on my practices during the past year.
