After ten years of strategic reunion of telecommunication industry, with theloosening of government controls ,telecommunication resource reorganization, goingpublic of telecommunication companies and continual external environmentchanges after China's accession to the WTO, the competition in telecommunicationmarket is now becoming more and more intense . At the same time , the main body ofconsumption and their consuming demands is also growing more and moremature .The main subject of this thesis is what course for TangguNetcommunications Company to follow and how to maintain its advantages underthese conditions.The thesis selects Tanggu Netcommunications Company as its object ofstudy ,makes analyses and evaluations over the current developing conditions andmarket characteristics for China's telecommunication industry .paying specialattention to the analysis and study on the key problems such as the opportunities andchallenges faced by Tanggu Netcommunications Company ,utilizes the methods ofG-PEST Pattern,SWOT Analysis ,studies the interior and exterior environment ofTanggu Netcommunications Company . By researching on the business status oflocal companies of China United Telecommunications Corporation , China MobileCompany and China Telecommunication Company , and analyzing on them withmarketing theories and correlative knowledge ,this thesis makes a discussion of themarketing strategy modes accommodating to the current new conditions .Some innovation are shown in the thesis :research the interior and exteriorenvironment of Tanggu Netcommunication Company and giving the view of productsreunion systemaiically;case research,seeking for the best marketing stratery;analysesresearch,seeking for problems;process research,,explaining problems and processwith economic theory.
