As an important advantage industry and livelihood industry in China,textile industry has made outstanding contributions to the social and economic development of China.Under the influence of economic globalization,technological progress and other aspects,textile market competition environment is becoming more and more severe.Market demand downturn in developed countries,appreciation of RMB,increase of trade barriers,increase of environmental protection pressure and other factors are constraining the development and progress of China's textile industry.At the same time,problems such as financing difficulties,rising production costs,difficult recruitment of employees also give rise to China's textile industry many challenges.The sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the early part of the year will cause some impact on China's economic operation in a short time.The textile industry is relatively more influential in the short term due to its labor-intensive nature.Under the background of the change of development environment,it is beneficial to promote the long-term and stable development of textile enterprises to recognize the current situation of the development of textile industry and choose the enterprise strategy suitable for their own situation.Quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM matrix)is widely used in the process of enterprise strategy formulation because of its advantages of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.In this paper,L textile company is selected as the research object.After studying and analyzing the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management,PEST analysis method and Porter's five force model are used to analyze the enterprise's macro-environment and industry competition environment of the enterprise.Combined with the company's own situation,SWOT analysis method is used to obtain the internal and external advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that L textile company is facing.According to the company's vision and strategic objectives,the QSPM matrix is used to analyze and select the corporate strategy,and finally L textile company is determined to adopt the differentiation strategy.It also puts forward the specific implementation path and guarantee measures of differentiation strategy for L textile company.The research results of this paper are based on the scientific analysis and judgment of a large number of data,hoping to help L textile company's strategicdecision-making,and also provide useful reference for similar enterprises in the industry.
