Research On The Key Technology For Construction Machinery Manufacturing Informationization's Realization

Enterprise informationization is the strategy of powering country that countriesall over the world are pursuing in a more cost-effective manner at present. By theinformationization construction, the comprehensive strength of the country can beimproved and the development of national economy can be promoted too. The strongstate basic policy of the informationization in our country is to take country's 863Program as the emphases, to advance enterprise's informationization paces. Based onthe 863's intelligent construction machinery project, Tianjin research institute ofconstruction machinery contracted the research of informationization realization inconstruction machinery enterprises. Through pursuing information construction inTianjin research institute of construction machinery, the successful solution for thesame kind of enterprises will be provided. Under this kind of background, theinformationization construction in Tianjin research institute of construction machinerywas discussed in this thesis, mainly dealing with the problems in informationizationconstruction as integration of PDM and 3C, data managing and integration of PDMand ERP.Regarding implementing PDM as the thread, to solve the main problems ininformationization realization has been discussed in the following aspects.1 Based on the analyzing of construction machinery industry's informationrequirements, and combined the enterprise reality, the main plan of constructionmachinery enterprises informationization realization had been put forward;2 TIPLM software is the PDM administrative system developed by Tsing-HuaYingTai. According to the function of the PDM software and the present enterprise'sCAD software, the integrated scheme of CAD and PDM in Tianjin research instituteof construction machinery had been proposed.3 Data management is the key technology in PDM, how to guarantee themanaging correctly and effectively of the data is the key problem to PDM realization.A set of intact valid methods to solve the problem on the basis of analyzing PDM anddrawing software function had been put forward.4 Integration is a difficult problem in actualizing informationization. During theprocess of implementing PDM, PDM and ERP integrated scheme had been proposedaccording to the current software situation in the enterprise, and the integratedinterface had been developed, the integration of PDM and ERP and transmitting theinformation ERP required to ERP system from PDM had been realized.5 Taken Dingsheng company's products as examples, the integration of CAD andPDM, the arrangement method of products data and the transmitting course ofproducts data from PDM to ERP through integrated interface had been introduced.The function of solving the key problem in the informationization realization toenterprises informationization application and development had been illuminated too.
