The Research On The Informationalized Management Mode In The Discrete Small And Medium Sized Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

This thesis analyzes the construction process of informationization in the all the world and the informationization developing trend of manufacturing industry. Itintroduces The development of management thinking, and the basic content andfeatures of informationization for enterprises management innovation, according to the analysis of the applying situation, developing trend, the difficulties of construction of informationiation in machinery manufacturing enterprises in our country. At the same time, the author sets Luoyang Building Materials Machinery Factory as an example, which is the important demonstrating enterprise of manufacturing industry informationization in Henan province. Based on its informationalized management mode, at first, the author studies the total construction plan of management of enterprises informationization and the structure design of sub-system. Second, the author analyzes the functions of every module and builds informationalized integrating system model of enterprise. Then the author studies the EAI applying integration techniques of the discrete machinery manufacturing enterprises. At last, the author elaborates the executing process of system project for enterprises informationizing.In this thesis, through the systematic research on how to execute informationizaiton in small and medium sized machinery manufacturing enterprises reasonably and the methods and steps of avoiding risks of investment, the author tries to find a reasonable informationalized management mode for enterprises to help them to improve their competitive power. And the author provides a good reference for the discrete manufacturing enterprises which manufacture the small and medium sized machinery to execute the informationization project successfully.
