Dalian-Yantai sea route is a golden logistics channel connecting southern and northern China., the vessels and cargo throughput of this route take more than 70 pct of all the quantity in Bohai bay. Ro-Ro ferry being as the main transportation mode on this sea route has great effects on the region economic development, cargo circulation and logistics development, which has an optimistic developing foreground. However, there exist many problems in the logistics market and the main reason is that the present logistics mode has limitation to the logistics development. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward a new and effective logistics mode in order to push the logistics development. In such background, in order to make more contribution to the regional economy and logistics development through the golden channel, it is very essential to put forward a new Ro-Ro logistics mode to accord with the modern logistics development requirement. Therefore, the research on Yantai-Dalian Ro-Ro logistics mode evaluation have great significant meanings.The paper conclude four parts, the first part giving a deep analysis on the present condition and future foreground of Ro-Ro logistics market for Yantai-Dalian Ro-Ro sea route and make forecasting of vessel throughput in the next 5 years using Grey system theory. The second part analysis the old the Ro-Ro logistics mode and summarize the advantages and disadvantages, then bring forward a new Ro-Ro logistics mode along with the operating measures and developing idea. The third part make the evaluation of this two mode in use of AHP& Fuzzy evaluation. The forth part analyzes the implement condition of the new logistics mode, and advanced the developing suggestion.
