VRP has always been a front and hot problem in modern logistics and science. The VRP theory deals with the knowledge form many branches. Many problems in fact can be induced into this. It is attracting the eyes of the many learners.This article only deals with the VRP of combined pick up and delivery. The Immune Algorithm(IA) is applied on optimizing the problem. And the seeking and calculating are carried out.The main work I do in the paper is as follows:First, the corresponding theory of logistics distribution and VRP is summarized. And the complexity of researching this kind of problem is analyzed.Second, the IA theory is introduced. And by compare, it can be concluded that the LA has better complete seeking and astringency capacity then the Gene Algorithm.Then in the paper, the VRP mathematical model is set up. It considers both pick up and delivery.At last, the IA is applied on the VRP of logistics distribution. By using it in the concrete example, we realize resolving the VRP based on the IA. We succeed in gaining fine results. And the conclusion proves that the IA is rather better than the GA and any other algorithm at the astringing speed and optimizing results.
