The logistics industry is a complex service industry that integrates transportation,storage,freight and information industries.It is an important part of the national economy.The optimization of logistics infrastructure layout plays an important role in establishing a logistics service system,improving the overall level of logistics industry development,reducing social logistics costs,promoting industrial restructuring and development mode transformation,and enhancing regional development competitiveness.As the intermediate organization responsible for coordinating suppliers and demanders in the logistics system,the logistics distribution center has a far-reaching impact on the structure of the logistics system of the company and its entire region.The research on the location of logistics distribution center is mainly carried out from the qualitative and quantitative aspects.Qualitative evaluation is a good measure for subjective factors such as industry policy,economic environment and so on.On the other hand,the quantitative model focuses on the objective and accurate location results obtained by the calculation of the data.Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,so the qualitative and quantitative methods can be combined to consider the location of the logistics distribution center.This paper starts from the perspective of subjective and objective,makes qualitative evaluation and solves the quantitative model,and obtains two logistics distribution center location schemes.Taking Heilongjiang Company A as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company's logistics,the problems of the logistics distribution center and the necessity of building the logistics distribution center are pointed out.According to the actual needs of the company,the k-means clustering algorithm is first used to divide all demand points into different distribution areas,which reduces the computational complexity.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the factors that can influence the site selection are sorted and the hierarchical structure is constructed.The calculated total weight is used as the score of the alternative distribution center,and the first few are selected as the distribution center from the perspective of subjective according to the score.Then,a mixed integer programming model with the lowest total cost of the site as the objective function is established.The immune optimization algorithm is used as the solving algorithm,and the algorithm is written and calculated in MATLAB software.The calculated distribution centers are used as the distribution center location plan from the objective point of view,which solves the problem of site selection of the logistics distribution center of Company A in Heilongjiang Province.
