The latest source of interest which these enterprises pursuit has become logistics industry, the third party logistics occupy an increasingly important place in the economic development, it will effectively improve the enterprise existing logistics, providing enterprises with the lowest costing, and a full range of professional logistics services. Logistics distribution center has become an important node in the network referred the third party logistics, resulting in more and more attentions of the society and enterprise widely. In the logistics networks, distribution center is a important bridge connected delivery points with demand points, which has great influence on the connection between the two parts. Distribution center location in the layout of the distribution center has important strategic significance, improving the economic benefit of third party logistics, reducing social logistics cost and determining the operating results of the third party logistics distribution center and the future development to a certain extent. Therefore, how to reasonably choose the location of the distribution center has great influence and practical significance on reducing the total cost of the third party logistics, promoting enterprise long-term development.This paper studies many problems of the third party logistics distribution center location in the following principle of this paper,including the background, significance and present situation at home and abroad, the influence factors of distribution center location problem. In this paper,we construct the model of the third party logistics distribution center location under the consideration of factors which affect the center location, doing the corresponding simulation research at the same time. The immune optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve the objective function of the same model, and then we compare the two experimental results. Finally, I carry out the fusion between clustering algorithm and immune optimization algorithm, the result shows that the fusion can reduce the number of iterations significantly and optimize the following results, which can provide new research ideas for the research of distribution center location of third party logistics.
