An Analysis On International Competitive Ability Of China's Enterprises Of FDI

Nowadays, the economical globalization, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has become the main dynamic of the world economic's increase. In China, more and more enterprises have carried into execution for "Gotten out" stratagem, joined the tidal wave of international investment and Corss-border Mergers and Acquisitions. Through FDI, we can advoid trade barrier, moderate the relationship with host country, enhance controlling force of global economy, and obtain the sources from the foreign better. After China's entry into WTO, it can take good advantage of natural resource and technology resource from foreign country, which may enlarge and enhance competitive ability of export, take its place among the situation of global division of laour. Moreover, it will cultivate Multinational Enterprises in the wolrd class by cooperation and competition. However, it produces a question, that is, why the extent of multinational is bigger, the competitive ability of enterprises too? Why what have the best competitive ability are all big multinationals? In short, what is source of competitive ability that determines the level of the multinationals? And how it affects international competitive ability of enterprises? So, how to own a strong competitive advantage is a premise of researching FDI.Tracing the history of competitive ability, as a professional term, it had been studied by WEF of Genevese and IMD of Lausanne, Switzerland in 1980 associating with together, and entered science area at the soonest. Generally, a competitive ability of a country or area can be divived microcosmic (products and competitive ability of enterprise), middlecosmic (industrial competitive ability) and macrocosmic (state competitive ability) three graduation. Industrial competence is enterprise competence in the final analysis, while enterprises is the main body of microeconomics competence, so, enterprises competence has a key situation, and the competitive ability of enterprisese is the source of indrustrial's.What this paper study is about the international compeptitive ability of China's enterprises of FDI. Take advantage of professional tools like economics, management and so on, to analyze its source of theory, essential elements of competence, the corn of essence and economical index system;this system combing with multinaionals' theory, I bring forword a dynamic circule idea, building a dynamic modle of competitive ability of enterprises, by this way, connecting with "Investment" and "competitive ability of enterprsise", which is of supplement each other. The international competitive ability of enterprises is the basic of multinationals, while FDI can reinforce it too. And then, apply this evulating indicator, to carry through an empirical research for China's enterprises such as Lenovo and Huawei, thereby to deep into IT industrial area, according data to compare with enterprises of top 500 in the world, to analyze its dominatnt or recessive;at last, put forwords some sugesstions how to advance our competivtive ability, by reforming and adjusting government, system, stratagem and building a strong multinationals, establishing an effective managmental system.
