Research On The Gradient Transference Of Processing Trade In China

Processing trade is getting more and more important in the world economy withthe deeper development of the globalized economy. On the view of the developmentand the prosperity of the most developed countries and the diversion of the processingtrade from developed countries to new industrialized countries and then to developingcountries and areas, and on the base of the theory "Gradient Transference", we canconclude a developing way of the processing trade in China: transfer from the East tothe Midwest and then to the other developing countries and areas. The first step is theneed of the continual development both of processing trade and the economy itself inChina. The analysis will base on the theory, the upgrade of industries structure, therelative policy and the workers of processing trade from rural area. The second step isthe necessary way of the transformation from processing trade to normal trade and theeffective method of the transfer of China's trade surplus. The analysis will base on thetheory, the processing trade abroad, the relative policy and the transfer of China'strade surplus. Pay attention that the two steps are of no order, it'll all depend on thestate of China's economy.
