| This paper introduces the TOPSIS model of multiple criteria decision making atfirst, and then improves the old TOPSIS by means of an optimization model. Itcalculates all the indices weights and the distances between the listed company andthe ideal solution. And it ranks the listed companies according to the distance betweenthe listed company and the ideal solution. It establishes the indices system for thelisted company in real estate industry, and shows the evaluation result with the newTOPSIS model, which has appeared in the published reference. It also shows thefeasibility of the method. The results are not only good for listed companies toimprove themselves, but also important for investors. |
