Probability Linguistic Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method And Its Application

Probabilistic linguistic term set(PLTS)is an extension of traditional hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set(HFLTS).PLTS not only reflects fuzziness and hesitancy of decision information,but also considers probability information,which is a way to solve multiple attribute decision making problems.In this paper,the multiple attribute decision making problems of PLTS are studied.The main results are as follows:A probabilistic linguistic QUALIFLEX multiple attribute decision making method is proposed.The shortcomings of the existing PLTSs comparison methods are analyzed,and a more perfect comparison method of possibility degree is proposed.Then,the consistency/inconsistency index of the scheme is determined by using the PLTSs possibility formula,and the step of the probabilistic language QUALIFLEX multiple attribute decision making method is given.And the validity and practicability of the method are proved by an example and comparison with other methods.A probabilistic linguistic ED AS multiple attribute decision making method is proposed.Give the method of n PLTSs sorting and propose the distance formulas of each alternative from average solution by using the possibility formula of PLTSs.Then,confirm the specific step of probabilistic linguistic EDAS multiple attribute decision making method.And the flexibility and scientificity of the method are discussed by an example.The interval probabilistic linguistic TOPSIS multiple attribute decision making method is proposed.For probabilistic linguistic terms of interval numbers with probability information,the concept of interval probabilistic language terminology sets is given.Based on interval number distance theory and entropy theory,the concept of interval number entropy and the similarity measure of interval probability linguistic term set are proposed.Then,the step of an interval probabilistic linguistic multiple attribute decision making method is proposed,and the reasonableness and effectiveness of the method are illustrated by an example.Carry out an example study.The hydropower project is evaluated by using the proposed methods.From the perspective of environmental impact,an evaluation of hydropower project is given.And result analysis and some suggestions are made.
