According to WTO Agreement on Textile and Clothing (ATC), the quota ontextile and clothing products have been removed all over the world since January, 1st,2005 and the world has entered into after-quota period. But quota's removal doesn'tmean Chinese textile and clothing product can flood the international markets withoutany blocks. EU and U.S. and other countries have pressed antidumping charges andmaking restrictions against Chinese textile and clothing products basing on relatedclauses in the Legal Instruments on China's Accession to the World TradeOrganization. Those measures can lead to the same effect of blocking Chinese textileand clothing products as quota. This dissertation start with analyzing the presentsituations of Chinese textile and clothing products and the characteristics ofantidumping charges that foreign countries pressed against china, and then thedissertation begins to analyze the reason why they pressed antidumping charges.Based on the analysis, the dissertation analyzes the strategies China's textile andclothing industry should take against those charges.
