| The feasibility study on the county electrical power grid transmissionand transformation project whose voltage level is above 35 kilovoltage(hereinafter called county grid construction project) is not rich enough. Manycounty power supply company does nothing at all. So, it becomes animportant problem to make a good decision for building county gridconstruction project.The county grid is characteristic on construction project. And feweconomical evaluation methods are suitable to it. Based on the usual financialevaluation method and the features of the county grid, a new suitable methodis presented on this thesis. The concrete construction project is evaluated inthis thesis by using the new method. The effectiveness and accuracy of thenew method are verified by the results of some calculation examples. |
