With the development of power industry and technology, the power company mustchoose fitting ad-ministerial system to adapt it. The study of power marketing ismeaning and worthy. In this article, power marketing was particularly introduced. Thenew power marketing model was introduced primarily. System analysis was adopted andpractice layout was brought. The BPR was adopted in this power marketing system inorder to optimize resources. By BPR, we can do better to customer and make morebenefits. In the future, the power marketing should be great marketing system, whichcan break the restrict of time and zone. This article also includes benefit analysis andimplement advice for the new power marketing system.
