With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid expansion of data services, the construction of a safe and secure communications power supply system has become the core of communication operations, high voltage DC power supply system as a substitute for UPS power supply mode to board the historical stage, which has a great impact on the UPS manufacturers. Highlights the data security problem in recent years, enable uninterrupted power supply demand gradually increased, UPS international brand valued China’s market demand, by virtue of its advanced technical ability and the quality of the products gradually misappropriation of domestic market, form a huge industry monopoly. Since 2010, HUAWEI Technology Co., Ltd. announced in the power industry, and set up the UPS R & D center, HUAWEI with its advantages of supplier resources and operators to expand the market to expand power supply supporting product marketing, so that the UPS market competition to reach the white hot state. Face the market change and international technology monopoly and strong domestic competitors press step by step, s enterprise consciousness to want to survival and sustainable development, we must according to the enterprises to adjust the strategy for the status quo, so enterprise s proposed restructuring, promote the optimization of process, reducing cost, enterprise aim to improve the efficiency.S enterprises in the internal development of the business process reengineering and optimization of the core of the project, in order to solve the problem of large and complex projects in the overall project to transform the sub project, the project introduced project scope management tool. Through the analysis of the problems in the production and operation of the enterprise, the contents of the business process reengineering and optimization are defined. Through the project management, the organization structure of S enterprise internal organization structure, functional differentiation, technical information flow optimization, production planning process optimization management, financial management, and so on.
