There are a variety of uncertain and complicated risks during the construction of alarge-scale project. Engineering insurance is the most effective and widely used measureof risk control in international engineering community. Under such a situation that ourcountry joined into WTO successfully several years ago, either insurance industry orengineering community have gradually acknowledged the significance of engineeringinsurance as an economic measure on sustainable development of construction. In theengineering insurance business, from accepting insurance to compensating for riskaccidents, insurance company is always faced with risk to different extent. Thisdissertation, by studying the risk management methods of engineering insurance, aims toprovide some references for insurance company to control the risk of engineeringinsurance.Based on intensive research and investigations, the dissertation tries to identify themajor engineering risk factors, risk accident and their impacts for the large-scale projectsystematically. And based on risk evaluation with the improved fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and risk matrix method, the dissertation discusses the decision for theengineering insurance rate. The dissertation also discusses the establishment of theoptimum insurance encouragement contract with the theory of Principal and Agent,introduces the practice of engineering reinsurance and engineering insurancecompensation, and points out some relevant suggestions and opinions for engineeringinsurance practice. |
