Research On The Application And The Development Strategies Of Construction Engineering Insurance

With the adoption of new technologies, new materials and new technology, the construction project risk has greatly improved. In the actual operation of the process, Its internal factors and external environment influence each other intricacies, the effect of engineering insuranee has great significance in its development and applied research and in-depth study, While engineering Insurance as an important means of engineering risk transfer. This paper gives a brief introduction of engineering insurance, its current situation and the problems existing in construction engineering insurance, puts forward boldly the idea of insurance that is constructing our insurance code system, on the basis of learning from advanced international experience. On the basis of analyses the problem, we give the advices on how to develop the engineering insurance in China, has made the following findings:(1) Author has combined with the characteristics of construction engineering insurance in China to analyze its development status, existing problems and the influencing factors, and with the construction of developed countries a comparative analysis of the insurance application. Drawing lessons from their advanced experience, and discusses the construction engineering insurance participation main body and the operation principle.(2) Construction engineering insurance risk management model is discussed, based on engineering insurance risk management model framework is constructed and developed risk management implementation process which is based on engineering insurance.What else, risk management measures in the insurance company is proposed. Developed flow chart that based on the risk of engineering insurance control.(3) Engineering insurance rate model that based on the utility function is proposed, and the model is set for provideing the reference to construction projects while optimizing our country insurance rates set method. (4) View of the current status quo, this article analyses the common and unique experience of the western developed countries, and the inspirations to develop China’s engineering insurance. After that, we discuses to establish the reasonable mode of engineering insurance regulation in China.(5) Discussing the future development strategy of construction engineering insurance in our country comprehensive and pointing out the direction of development of construction insurance. At last, we discuses the strategy in developing China’s engineering insurance in both macro-level and idiographic operation.
