In the academic field of Industrial Economics and Regional Economics, moreand more research has been focused on the theme of 'Industrial Cluster', which is notonly because it's the prevalent economic phenomena, but also for its considerablevalue and contribution to the local economy [1]. The Industrial Cluster facilitates thecooperation of local value chain, accelerates the knowledge communication amongthe economic units, reduces the total cost of production and enhances enterprises'innovation abilities [2]. The competition among individuals has been evolved to thecompetition among the regional integrated value chain. That is, the appearance ofIndustrial Cluster means the environment of competition is changing, and along withthis changing, the corporation competition strategy needs to be refined too. This article adopts the method of empirical research, collecting the first-handdata through large-range surveys. Firstly, the article selects 10 indexes to indicate theinfluence of competition advantage, and then classifies them into 3 categories, whichare resource advantage, industrial factors and corporation operation abilities.Secondly, the article defines the development of Industrial Cluster as 4 stages, whichare Industrial Centralization, Industrial Aggregation, Industrial Cluster, and Industrialdecline. Thirdly, for the first 3 stages, the article analyzes the relation betweeninfluencing factors and corporation competition advantages, using the regressionanalysis, and finally concludes the transformation of corporation competition strategyunder the Industrial Cluster environment, comparing the different relationshipsamong these 3 cluster stages.According to the main conclusion of this article, the most importantinfluencing factor is the resource advantage, whose influence is significantthrough all the stages. The corporations stay in the Industrial Centralizationshould consider the resource-based strategy. The industrial factors' influenceis significant at the Industrial Aggregation and the Industrial Cluster, and thecorporations staying in these 2 stages should consider the market-basedstrategy and the 'focus' competition strategy. The corporation operationabilities' influence is only significant at the Industrial Cluster, which isforced by the increasing local competition. The corporations stay in theIndustrial Cluster should consider the self-ability-based strategy and'diversification' competition strategy.
