Research On Optimization Of Production And Operation Management For Chifeng New Thermal Power Plant

Chifeng Thermal Power Plant which belongs to China Power Investment Corporation, is a medium enterprise produces heat and electricity jointly. The capacity of its generator units is relative smaller. Over the past years, some experiences in production operation management have been accumulated. However, the old production operation management models can not fit the needs of generator units benefit from high parameters and big capacity, especially on the aspects of fuel management, operational management and equipment repairing management. With the continued expansion of its scale, Chifeng new thermal power plant unit 2×35MWCFB will be operated this year. Through the study on optimization of production operation management, the operation production management level will be increased, and the market competitiveness of Chifeng new thermal power plant will be enhanced meanwhile.The background and the production operation management state of Chifeng Thermal Power Plant are analyzed objectively, several problems in the field of production operation management are found. Some optimizing countermeasures which focus on fuel management, security & economic operation management and quality management of Chifeng new thermal power plant are given by using the linear programming theory, inventory theory, quality management and other modern theories about production operation management. Some security measures are also given further in this theme.Based on the needs of production operation management for Chifeng new thermal power plant, the study dedicates to establish a scientific production operation management system. It improves not only the production and technical indexes, but also the objective quantification management level of coal supply, consumption and storage. The optimizations of equipment management system and repairing management standard are also discussed in this study. It is sure that the production operation management level of Chifeng new thermal power plant will be improved owing to this study.
