| With the advantages of high efficiency,flexible operation and clean environment,natural gas power generation and heat supply unit has developed rapidly in recent years.Beijing high well thermal power plant to actively respond to the national and Beijing energy saving and emission reduction called for the construction of a gas turbine project,and to stop the traditional mode of coal-fired power generation.After the successful completion of the investment and construction tasks,operations have achieved good results,but there are some new problems.An efficient mode of operation,to improve power plant efficiency and the entire power grid operation,plays a vital role,this is the need for gas turbine Gaojing Power Plant project operation mode research.This paper first introduces the research content and methods,as well as the characteristics of the combustion engine power generation project operation mode.Then introduced the basic situation of project Gaoji ng cogeneration power plant and gas turbine,then for the five aspects of project administration and management,production management,marketing,technology management,financial management status of the operation mode of analysis,focusing on the administrative management mode,the mode of production management,financial management problems and analysis,and establish the new management operation model.In the administrative management for project supervision and evaluation,project internal control,human resources management three aspects of the establishment of a new business model,production management in the three aspects of safety production,equipment maintenance,equipment operation and the establishment of a new business model,financial managem ent of funds for information management,the establishment of a new business model.At the end of this paper,we need to provide a series of security measures for the establishment of the new operation mode,and evaluate the project operation mode.It is concluded that the implementation of the new operation mode will bring economic benefit,social benefit,management benefit and ecological benefit of the power plant.In this paper,in-depth analysis by operating the project of gas turbine Gaojing cogenerat ion power plant,puts forward innovative ideas and concrete measures for the problems,in order to guide the future of Gaojing cogeneration power plant planning,operation and sustainable development. |
