In the era of knowledge economy, the enterprise must take the human resource asthe first resource, can make the stability and development in the complex andever-changing competitive environment, The increasingly fierce internationalcompetition in the domestic market, the competition is the competition of human capital.The establishment of a suitable, effective staff incentive mechanism is the core questionof enterprise human resources management. Incentive mechanism directly affect theemployee’s work attitude, efficiency, and restricted the sustainable development ofenterprises. Incentive has as a primary means of human resource development andmanagement used by many enterprises. The production line worker is the solidfoundation for the development of enterprises, is an important guarantee for the normaloperation of the production and operation of enterprises, is the direct creator of profit. Tobuild a consistent thermal power industry development, according to the characteristicsof the enterprise itself, the production line staff incentive mechanism for the researchobject, is a solid foundation for the daily work of the normal operation of enterprises, butalso for enterprises to adapt to the basic guarantee of economic development.In this paper, the incentive mechanism of F company third thermal power plantproduction line staff as the research object, combined with the theory basis, thequestionnaire and related problems in the design of incentive mechanism, wereinvestigated by questionnaire results, understanding of employee satisfaction on theincentive mechanism, and put forward opinions and suggestions are summarized, so as tosolve the problem, an improved mechanism. Based on the employee surveys, firstanalyzes the present situation of research on incentive mechanism of F company thirdthermal power plant production line staff, and then mainly from the pay system,performance appraisal, employee training system and the enterprise culture four aspectsof research, found the existing problems and reasons, for the F third thermal power plantthe first-line production staff put forward specific measures to optimize the incentivemechanism. Hope that through this research, can help enterprise managers to improve F third thermal power plant production line staff incentive mechanism. Thus forming a setof practical incentive mechanism, in according with the business characteristics, so as topromote the F third thermal power plant constantly improve and establish and improvethe incentive mechanism of first-line production staff, which has a certain guidingsignificance on F third thermal power plant production line staff incentive.
