The Analysis Of Impact Factors For Industrial Park's Sustainable Development Based On Statistical Analysis

In china, the industrial park is a new focus of region economic development. It bamboos with upstanding economic benefits. However, most of them are not sustainable. The reasons are that the contaminative integration is more and more serious, the nearby environmental quality and communities are threatened, and so on.So, if the industrial parks want to achieve sustainable development and improve the environmental performance as well as the economic strength, they should enhance the environmental management to improve the ecological quality of the whole park. It tells its own tale that implementing environmental management and sustainable development is strategically significant for the industrial parks' long-term development. Presently, the environmental management tools and means are relatively laggard. Besides that, some quantitative analysis methods and application about industrial parks are still not very effective. Accordingly, it is an important research work in this field from the point of environmental management. At the same time, there is nobody and no literature about quantitative methods using in comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of the industrial parks.In this thesis, theoretical research and practical research are carried out at the same time to analyze the industrial parks. A new quantitative method is presented to study the nature of industrial parks, which is named factor analysis. The thesis is about "The Analysis Impact Factors for Industrial Park's Sustainable Development Based on Statistic Analysis". First, the research concept is proposed based on a broad literature review on industrial parks, environmental management and sustainable development in China and abroad, and a further understanding of the status of environmental management in China. Data collection has been made with a questionnaire, which is elaborately designed according to the literatures and opinions from environmental experts home and abroad. Statistical package of social science (SPSS) has been used as the software tool for data analysis. Main factors in the sustainable development of industrial parks in China have been identified according to the results of exploratory factor analysis of the data. The sensitiveness of managers and enterprises of the industrial parks to such affecting factors and current levels of the real practices have been decided by another on-the-spot study. In the following, the focus is turned to the study that how to make the factors more active and how to find the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the industrial park.
