Research On Development Strategy Of Wuyi County Industrial Park

The construction of industrial parks is an important tool for local governments to implement industrial policies,which plays an important role in accelerating local industrial agglomeration,improving industrial competitiveness and promoting regional economic development.Through the leadership of Wuyi county government,with the influence of a large number of Yongkang's enterprises,the construction of Wuyi Economic Development Zone and the town industrial function areas accelerated and the industrial park has been enjoying rapid development.But as change of external environment and internal conditions,there are quite a lot of shortcomings in Wuyi county industrial park,especially in lack of development strategy.So it is very necessary to research and make up development strategy for Wuyi county industrial park in order to strengthen its whole competitiveness and realize sustainable development.In this thesis,the Industrial Cluster Theory is used to study the development strategy of Wuyi county industrial park.First of all,analyses the present situation of Wuyi county industrial park development,especially the main problems facing the industrial park:the leading industries and industrial characteristics are not obvious,an industrial division-cooperation system has not yet formed,enterprises in the park have weak innovation ability,severe waste of land resources,supporting infrastructure and service industry development lags behind,management system problems,etc..Secondly,analyses the macro-environment elements to clarify the opportunities and challenges facing the industrial park using the PEST method.Thirdly,analyses the internal strategic ability to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial park.Then,indicates Wuyi county industrial park's development strategic principles,strategic positioning and strategic target,and discusses the key for the development of the industrial park is to rely on and strengthen the influences of Jinhua and Yongkang.It puts forward development strategy including cultivating industrial system,optimization of industrial space layout,eco-industrial park development to promote the development of industrial clusters.Finally,it puts forward specific policies such as attracting capital and talents,improving the enterprise innovation ability,promoting the development of industry and optimizing the management system to promote the implementation of development strategy.
