Accounting Research Of Environmental Economic Comprehensive Index On Fur Industrial Park

As an important branch of light industry, the fur industry in our country has a long history and developed quickly, which has now formed a complete industry chain of fur animal breeding, raw material leather tanning, fur products processing and marketing of high correlation between upstream and downstream. When making a great contribution to the economic development of our country, the fur industry also has caused serious environmental pollution problems. At the time, the fur industrial park has injected new vitality to the development of the fur industry with its unique regional model, not only intensive production, but also unified control pollution, which allows extensive mode of production and extensive industry to form a new economic growing model using the concept of circular economy and the technology of cleaner production. It has the incomparable role to other patterns in solving the problem of regional pollution, realizing the comprehensive energy conservation and emissions reduction and building a society of resource saving and environment friendly.This paper puts the problem as a starting point, at the same time, i takes fur industrial park as a research object. With the support of theory of environmental economic comprehensive accounting, cleaner production and sustainable development, first of all, it carries the detailed feasibility analysis on fur industrial park from the three aspects of technology, environment and economy, and do the corresponding feasibility evaluation to make it can form a comprehensive sustainable development model of advanced technology, environment friendly and economy reasonably. On this basis, it constructs index system of environmental economic comprehensive index accounting on the fur industrial park and determines its final accounting index after screening. Then it carries on the accounting research of the environmental index and economic index on the fur industrial park respectively by using the composite index method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, and the accounting research of environmental economic comprehensive index R through integrating environmental and economic indexes. Finally, it takes Suning fur industrial park as an example for the empirical analysis. Through the on-the-spot investigation it selects 10 representative enterprises in the park and carries on the accounting research of environmental economic comprehensive index R. It verifies the rationality of comprehensive accounting index R, and it provides the scientific guidance for the future development of Suning fur industrial park from two aspects of global and local.
