On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Biomedical Industrial Park Of Liuyang

In the world economic development process, industrial park economy, as animportant economic growth areas, obtained rapid development. With unique economicoperation form and content, industrial park economy puts the elements of a region’seconomic growth together, and at the same time, continuous optimizing each region’seconomic resource allocation and economic structure, constantly promotes rapideconomic growth, plays an inreplaceable role on the construction of regional urbanization.Biological Industry, as a special form in Industrial Park, it has been rapid developed athome and abroad. However the industrial park economic development mode is differentand the resource condition of each region is different, which makes the development ofvarious industrial zone play different role on the local economy. Some industrial park’sdevelopment becomes the local important economic developmental power, as theregional economic development support. And in some other areas, the effect of theindustrial park to local economic development is limited. Even industrial parkdevelopment in some areas become a waste of resources, because the industrial park hasno push on local economic development. In order to make the modern industrial parkhealthy and rapid development, the development of industrial zone must have asustainable development for preventing the industrial park in the construction from theblindness and shortness and waste and improving the efficiency of the resourceallocation.According to the domestic and foreign industrial park construction theory and basedon the lessons from the domestic and foreign famous successful experiences of industrialpark. This article is my years work experiences in Liu Yang city, which concernsChangsha Bio&Information Industry Park, studies the Changsha Bio&InformationIndustry Park construction experiences and problems, and further discusses thesuggestions on Changsha Bio&Information Industry Park construction.This article has four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly discusses thethesis writing background, significance, etc. The second chapter introduces theexperiences and developmental problems of Changsha Bio&Information Industry Parkconstruction. The third chapter discusses successful experiences of Silicon ValleyIndustrial Park and Chang Chun Industrial Park. The fourth chapter discussescountermeasures and suggestions on the construction of Changsha Bio&InformationIndustry Park.
