Study On The Development Of Experimental Demonstration Stations

Experimental demonstration stations are the underlying carrier that Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University focus on the development of‘ agriculture,rural areas and peasant 'and protruding the school characteristics of industry-university-research.Experimental demonstration stations are out of school comprehensive practice bases for personnel training,scientific research and agricultural extension service.The construction of experimental t demonstration stations get great economic and social benefits.But with the change of Science and technology,economic and social undertakings and the issue of agriculture,rural areas and peasants,and the development of industrial convergence,the operation mode and development of concept cant not satisfy wants of the social expectation and the development of the school cause.Times put forwards higher requirements for the development of experimental demonstration stations.This paper takes the study of domestic and foreign research about demonstration stations and industry-university-research as reference,and base on the theory of industrial convergence and the sixth industry theory,takes representative Baishui apple demonstration station as an example,takes methods of field research and interviews.The paper combine the whole process of experimental demonstration stations from establishment,development and new exploration,the exploration process of Ruiyang & Ruixue apple alliance.It gets lots of effectiveness from experimental demonstration stations established,includes the achievements in scientific research,extensive scientific and technological exchanges,remarkable achievements in personnel training,and obvious benefits in the agricultural extension industry.New it can't fully satisfied with modern needs and give full play to its multifaceted functions.Analysis the problems from its functions and mechanisms,unbalance structure of personnel training,single training mode,insufficient cross integration of scientific research,unreasonable professional structure of personnel in agricultural extension,and single extension method and content.According to the problems of experimental demonstration stations,with the practical experience of the alliance and Internet industry and the opportunities of cultural and creative industries with industrial convergence,put forward some corresponding suggestions: create a blend of liberal arts and sciences of personnel training object,construct the talents training platform,training objects,liberal arts and science interdisciplinary research teams,promote the development of multidisciplinary research,construction of the multidisciplinary team,expand agricultural extension and content,create a composite training platform,promote cross-convergence of scientific research,build a promotion system for the entire industry chain and multi-sector collaborative governance system.Focusing on the new requirements of the needs for society and the university development,and the new opportunities provided by the development of industrial integration,put forward suggestions and take an reference for creating upgraded experimental demonstration stations.
