Enterprise Property Right Ecology Research

Property right institution is the basis of an economic system. The definition, transferenceof property right and the diversity of different structure of property right will influence theresource disposition. Therefore, organization, technique and efficiency correspond withparticular property right. Duality possession structure and joint-stock company of moderntimes provide a basis for the diversity of property right in our country. Though diversity ofproperty that meets the desire of market economy has advantage with which single propertyright can not compare, for the reason that interest objects of the diversity of property right aredifferent in the economic activity, inconsistencies appear among the property rights. So whatis principal part and system of property right, and change of system of property right have biginfluence on the reform of property right institution and enterprise institution of modern times.The dissertation surveys property right from ecological perspective and considers thatenterprise property right is a structure of many dimensions. "Life" in the ecological system ofproperty right -----activity of principal part of property right will influence the balance ofproperty right institution. However, property right institution also has effect on the principalpart of property right. The dissertation presents the possibility of foundation of ecologicalproperty right institution through the analysis of quality and characteristic of property rightand the environment on which the property right depends, and then researches the propertyright in China through the description of ecological structure that regards the symbiosis of theproperty right as the center.
