This article mainly studies the questions of grant loan in our countryand puts forward some related proposals regarding that.Introduction mainly introduces the study significance and the goal;the main text dividesinto four parts.The first part is that the theory basis of grant loan, mainly includes the theory of thehigher education cost to share, entrust the agent theory and Marx's interest-bearing capitaltheory.The second part is to introduce some characteristics or the nature, which grant loan own.The third part is to analyze why our country has to carry out grant loan and introduce thedevelopment of grant loan;at the same time points out the present questions and analyzesthose questions.The fourth part is to propose the corresponding measures and proposal on thequestions, which pointed out in the third part.
