From the study of economy, group behavior, psychology and some other fields, the manager's reward for senior executives becomes a very important study field, while there is lack of research on the tops of salary and encourage of senior executives, therefore the current study is to investigate these tops by integrating economics and group behavior.This study will focus on stock company. The final sample includes 1131 companies which were reachable by the researcher. These companies are deem to be representative in terms of time, geographic location and industry after two calendar years' research. The hypotheses were tested in SPSS after initial analysis.The following results were found in the current study: 1) the salary of senior executives were different across different geographic location and industries; 2) the salary of senior executives is positive related to different firm sizes and profits; 3)the salary of senior executives has no relationship with management style; and 4) the salary of senior executives were different across different geographic locations and firm sizes. |
