| With the market economic developing continuously, traditional operation system of the state-owned enterprises, especially the valley development enterprises, is facing severe challenge increasingly. It's a necessary development stage for the valley development enterprises that innovating and perfecting the management organization of such enterprises. It's a bottle-neck of limiting the performance appraisal of such enterprises due to the lack of multi- stratagem and performance and the timeworn operation system. This paper has made deep research and analysis to exist performance appraisal system in Lishui Hydro & Power Corporation (LHPC) on the basis of modern performance appraisal theory and methods;some corresponding improvement countermeasures are also given.The thesis is divided into four parts altogether. Firstly, study underground, significance, basic studying method, and some important performance appraisal theories and methods and are studied, current research information of domestic and international research and future development trend, as well as domestic and international enterprises experience and impact. It is used to guide the following whole research and relevant work. Secondly, the current situation of performance appraisal system in Lishui Hydro & Power Corporation (LHPC) is examined, some problems are found and analyzed. Lastly, some optimized designs and corresponding improvement countermeasures are also given on the foundation of preview research and combining the actual conditions of company.The significant feature of the thesis is that the up-to-date performance appraisal theory of KRIF theory is used for reference and adopted to re-design LHPC's performance appraisal system. The corresponding improvement countermeasures that are given will be valuable and referenced to establish the performance appraisal system of the valley development enterprises, which is helpful for most domestic enterprises to implement performance appraisal system. |
