Since the 20 th century,affected by the economic policies of various countries and the rapid development of multinational companies,the global economy has become increasingly integrated,and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,making talents an important factor in corporate competition.Stimulating the working potential of employees through the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises and realize corporate value.Due to the complexity of the business,the wide range of operations,and the difficulty of management,a diversified enterprise urgently needs to explore a performance evaluation system that is consistent with its actual situation,in order to optimize the company structure,integrate resources,and promote the realization of corporate strategic goals.WS is a diversified small and medium-sized private enterprise with a short establishment time.In order to better allocate funds for rapid development,the company quickly developed a number of businesses in a short period of time.With the intensification of market competition,the pressure on the development of various businesses of WS Corporation is increasing,and its original performance evaluation system cannot meet the company's current strategic goals.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the design according to the company's current situation.This article takes WS's performance appraisal system as the research object.First,it analyzes and summarizes the research results of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content,research methods and technical route of this article.Based on this,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to investigate the performance evaluation system of the WS company,and analyze and summarize the existing problems in the existing performance evaluation system.The main problems are low employee participation,employee performance goals and corporate strategic goals.2.The lack of a reasonable setting of the weights of the performance assessment indicators and the lack of a feedback mechanism for the assessment results,etc.,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of WS company,the strategic goals of the company were clarified and reasonably decomposed.Secondly,the weighting factor judgment method and subjective experience are used to weight the key indicators of the company's senior management,middle management and ordinary staff,respectively,and the company's assessment cycle,assessment method,assessment subject,assessment results feedback and application Optimized designs were carried out separately.At the end of this thesis,the practical performance measures for the optimized performance appraisal system are put forward,so that the performance appraisal system can be implemented more efficiently and better adapted to the development of the market.
