Research On Support System For Technological Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Resource-based Cities

The resource-based city, which depends on exploiting and utilizing of resources, is one of the important city kinds in our country. These cities perform an unsubstitutable function to develop our material industry and infrastructural industry and to support circulation of the whole national economy. But they rely on resource seriously and have unreasonable economic structure. As resources being exhausted, the resources advantage of these cities is gradually lost. It is obvious that the transformation of resource-based cities is their only way of developing into certain stage.To establish and perfect regional innovation system can improve the regional economy, upgrade the regional industrial structure and form regional competitive advantage. The small and medium-sized enterprise plays an important role in establishing regional innovation system of resource-based cities. This paper focuses on establishing the support system for technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in resource-based cities. Finally, the author chooses a typical resource-based city—TongLing to carry on empirical test.
