Study On The Conditions And Policies Of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises' Technological Innovation In Qingyuan City

This thesis discusses the development and technological innovation of the small & medium-sized enterprises of Qingyuan city. By using the quantitative analysis method to study the inside factors which affect the technological innovation activities, it is found that the low level of general technological innovation, the week consciousness of innovation, the lack of capital and talent, as well as the non-standard management of technological innovation. The upgrading of the general technological innovation level needs the policies support from the government. The thesis then sorts out and list the current supporting policies of technological innovation issued by the central government and Qingyuan government respectively. Finally, by assesses the supporting policy system and taking the case of Jintian Co., Ltd for example, the thesis gives some suggesting policies for promoting the development and technological innovation of Qingyuan Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises.
