This dissertation is based on using the research results of researchers from our nation and overseas as reference, to adopt various methods to do the demonstration analysis on the alteration of our national industrial structure and its impact on the economic growth, from the aspect of relationship between alteration of industrial structure and economic growth as well as combining the practical condition of our national industrial structure and economic growth in order to seek a path fitting the situation of our nation to optimize the industrial structure. Hence, it will promote the economic growth rapidly and stably.First the article demonstrates the consanguineous relationship of the industry structure fluctuation and the economic growth based on the process of our national economic development. Industrial structure transformation is interacted with economic growth by means of mutual dependence and promotion. As we know, under certain circumstances, one nation's industrial structure transformation is the foundation of its economic growth and the cardinal factor that promotes the economic growth. On the contrary, the economic growth also has counterforce on the industrial structure. The economic growth will lead to the alteration of the industrial structure accordingly. Next the article picks up the United States, Japan and Korea, three countries whose economic developmenthas typical model to analyze the industry structure adjustment process in its fast economic growing up and development period respectively. Further the article does an initial analysis in different stages of the process of the industry structure fluctuation influence to the economic growth since reform and opening. Horizontal comparison is made with the experiences of the United States, Japan and Korea as well as effort is made to find out the directive experience to our national economic construction. Finally this article do the analysis through the aspects of the background and difficulties of industrial structure optimization, and the imminence of adjust and put forward the possible ways to transform the economic growth pattern driven by the industrial structure optimization according to the current status of the industrial structure in our country.
