Research On Function And System Of Industrial Management Of Tourism Association

By comparison, classification, theory analyses and empirical study, the dissertation focuses on industrial management implemented to its members by tourism association. The article refers to two parts: tourism association and its members.The essential character of tourism association is to draw up and implement its self-discipline regulations for tourism development and solve the problems in tourism market, promote cooperation and communication, protect members' legal rights and interests. It makes tourism association own both service functions and management functions which help it to be an organization for implementing industrial management.The article works on definition and property, discusses the rationality of implementing industrial management. Through analyzing and classifying, three factors are formed which are necessary for the Triangle Theory. With support of Triangle Theory, dominant system combined with recessive system which includes self-discipline, autonomy and self-support forms the theory system of industrial management of tourism association. Through summarizing the development status of Chinese tourism association and combining this theory system, some suggestionsare proposed and used to analyzing actual case.The thesis proposed as follows: sustain the perspective of implementing industrial management through tourism association;learn from the overseas experience, stick on a localization way;take innovation as direction, pay attention to otherness, and apply dominant and recessive system, fulfill the functions of tourism association.
